Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nothing is shipped
Orbiton Invites sells digital services only: interactive invitation websites. There is no physical product, nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping charges.
When Essential is delivered
Your invitation is published automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within minutes. If a photo you uploaded is still being checked, publishing waits until it is cleared, and we email you as soon as the invitation is live.
How it is delivered
Once it is live we email the address on your account with your invitation link, its QR code, a file with every family's personal link and your GST invoice. All of it is also in your dashboard, where you can share each family's link on WhatsApp.
How long it stays online
12 months from the day it is published. You can change anything during that time and the link stays the same.
Signature
Signature invitations are delivered as agreed in your order confirmation: usually a first design within 48 hours of the discovery call and launch within 7–10 days.
Where we deliver
Invitations are web pages, so guests can open them anywhere in the world on any phone or computer. Payments are taken in Indian rupees.
If something does not arrive
If you have not received the email, check your spam folder or open your dashboard. If your invitation is not live, write to adityamjoshi890@gmail.com and we will fix it, or refund you as our Refund & Cancellation policy describes.
