Privacy Notice
What we collect
From hosts: name, email, phone, billing state and the content of your invitation. From guests: the name, phone number, RSVP, food preference, travel details and messages they choose to submit.
Why
To host your invitation, deliver replies to the hosts, send the messages you or your guests ask for, issue GST invoices and keep the service secure. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
Who sees guest replies
Only the hosts of that invitation and, for Signature, their named producer.
Consent and WhatsApp
Guests receive WhatsApp messages from our business number only after they opt in, and can reply STOP at any time.
How long we keep it
Media is deleted 30 days after an invitation expires and guest phone numbers are anonymised. Invoices are kept as tax law requires.
Your rights
Guests can delete their reply and phone number from their personal invitation page. Anyone can ask us to access, correct or erase their data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
